Services and Prices

Here’s a breakdown of the services I offer and the fees I charge for them. My appointments are time based, meaning that you book an appointment for the allocated time, then we discuss what issue you would like to address on the day, based on your goals. You can also leave a note for me in the comments section when you book online. This keeps things simple.

Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is not a “style” of massage as such, but the level of education obtained; the Diploma of Remedial Massage.

This is different from Therapeutic Massage in the techniques used and the goal of the treatment. My aim during a remedial massage session is to restore functional movement.

Remedial Massage is the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and pain. During a session, we’re working towards a goal set by you; for example, easing headaches. In addition to Massage, various techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Myofascial Dry Needling, Positional Release and Myofascial Release may be used.

What to expect during a session:

  • You’ll first be asked to fill out a form which I use to assess your current status, your goals for this session, and how we’ll achieve them.
  • I’ll perform various assessment techniques to discover the cause of your concern.
  • We’ll both agree on the treatment to be performed so I’m always working with you; this way, you have control of your session at all times.
  • After the treatment, I’ll reassess your issue and ask for feedback.
We’ll both then discuss a treatment plan for you.

60 minutes – $80.00
45 minutes – $60.00
30 minutes – $50.00

Therapeutic Massage

Therapeutic Massage is the type of massage people picture when thinking of relaxing or mellowing out. The type of treatment I provide will involve me moving your limbs in various ways to help relax and stretch out the tissue.

The style I perform is very different as I don’t use a set sequence, but will massage according to what I feel your body needs at the time. This can vary daily, so it makes sense to adjust things, depending on what you’re feeling.

The massage is generally slow and deep, but all within your comfort level. This gives a greater feeling of relaxation, which is what we’re trying to achieve.

What to expect during a session:

  • You’ll first be asked to fill out a form which I use to assess your current status, your goals for this session, and how we’ll achieve them.
  • We’ll both agree on the treatment to be performed so I’m always working with you. This way you have control of your session at all times.
  • After the treatment I’ll ask for feedback regarding what we did.
  • We’ll both then discuss any future goals you may have, and how we can achieve them.

60 minutes – $80.00
45 minutes – $60.00
30 minutes – $50.00
